Who's the client?
Chris Rowlands & Co. is a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. The Managing Director, Chris Rowlands, is a Chartered Surveyor with 34 years involvement in property as an advisor to a wide range of clients nationwide. Chris Rowlands and Co. act as consultants on most aspects of Commercial and Industrial Property.
What was the brief?
Using his existing branding, Initially I contacted Chris to help him create an eye-catching exhibition space at the BarnsleyWorks exhibition in March 2008. He then asked me to help him update his website based on his existing branding to both modernise it as well as maintain it on an ongoing basis with new properties and the latest news from the company.
What was the solution?
Glo created a number of panels for the exhibition space based on the existing properties that the company was instructed to market in order to raise awareness and increase enquiries. At the same time I developed the new website in order to launch it in time for the exhibition. The new site included more information on the properties Chris Rowlands & Co were promoting as well as having an extensive News page and Clients page.
